I am sure most of you have heard of the disaster that occured at Union - the tornado and the damage - and NO loss of life!! What a miracle that is. Thoughts and prayers going out to all the Union U students and faculty for a rapid recovery. They definitely had the good Lord watching over them the other night
They definitely had the good Lord watching over them the other night
While I'm certainly glad to hear that a small community of young adults was spared any deaths, when you add the last sentence, it makes it seem as if the 50+ people who were killed last night didn't have the Lord watching over them. I believe the Lord was watching over everyone.
I was only referring to the university - a large group of people in one concentrated place and no deaths is miraculous. Yes - my heart goes out to all of those people who lost their lives in other places and agree that the Lord was watching over everyone.
I saw it on the news this morning. A girl was recalling her horros of hiding in a bathroom with a bunch of other students and praying for their lives. There was so much debris in the air her pockets were filled with shards of glass. It is a true miracle all these kids were OK!
