planning tools ??

In my US News (pink edition) it says you can go to their website and print out planning tools for applying to colleges and keeping track of stuff. When I try and download it, it says file not found. Does anyone have the file or have similar 'tools' they want to share?
Thanks!

I created two Excel spreadsheets - one for schools that we visited to keep track of information (date and time of visit, questions to ask, etc.) and one for applications (deadlines, application fee cost, required materials, etc.). Both kids liked seeing them on our kitchen bulletin board since the second one also listed decision dates.

I had a big poster listing the colleges and the various items needed with due dates marked in. Note - if applying for financial aid, be sure to scour the college website for requirements and deadlines - they can be very easy to miss.
