USC Human medical research
"Two neurosurgeons from the University of California, Davis have been banned from performing medical research on humans after they allegedly experimented on three patients without university permission, the Sacramento Bee reports."
J. Paul Muizelaar, Rudolph Schrot, University Of California Davis Neurosurgeons, Banned From Human Research
I hope they are planning on sanctions against USC's medical school and its students. Because they are surely equally culpable.

At Penn State, the institution orchestrated a coverup at the highest levels. And no students were sanctioned. Other than that, great analogy!

USC? I think you mean UCD as in UC Davis, or are all PSU students dyslexic too? FYI, PSU = Penn State University.
And FYI = for your information.
