I'm OOS, white female applicant from southern NJ applying as a history major.
I attend a competitive public school, sending several kids to University Park and Ivies each year.

Honors and AP (6) classes.
UW GPA: 3.8
Rank: top 15%

Senior schedule:
4 APs- government, us history, psychology, english
3 honors- calculus, physics, spanish

ACTs: 27
SAT IIs: bio-720, ush- 680, lit-530

Editor of yearbook for past 2 years.
Interact club past 3 yrs.
Student council senior year.
NHS past 3 yrs.
Currently training to be a volunteer emt.

I have great recs from my teachers, should I send them too, despite penn state's policy?

Extra: I moved from FL after my frosh yr; I had some average grades frosh yr, but greatly improved.
