Types of application Statuses?

chefwebschefwebs Posts: 6Registered User New Member
So since I've applied to Penn State, my application status has varied to multiple statements when I check mypennstate.

I've been wondering, if certain statuses mean you're closer to a decision? For example on Friday, it had my status as "Your application is being reviewed, your transcripts etc are are, thank you for submitting" .

Today, my status changed to "Your application is complete, all of your required materials are here, and we are reviewing your credentials. A decision will be available here as soon as one is made.".

Does this change mean anything in terms of time of notification? Like, am I closer to finding out or something else?

If anyone had any idea or knows about this, it'd be nice to know, thanks.
