FTCAP Placement Tests
Does anyone know roughly how long this will take to complete? or how this actually works? Thanks

2-3 hours, it is basically a multiple choice test with 5 possible answers for each one. The spelling part was the most annoying.

nickanzo - my son found the vocab part to be the most annoying! But he's an incredibly good speller!
It took him roughly 3 hours to do the tests and the education/planning survey or whatever afterwards. Overall, he found it all pretty easy.

I thought so too. The english was definitely the most difficult section.

what level of difficulty are the math and chem tests...as in what is the level of the questions... is their like calculus,matrices etc.

The math test did not have matrices or calc on it. From what I remember, the hardest type of problem was trig. The chem test was mainly balancing chemical formulas, and moles.
