NYDancemom, congratulations to your daughter on her acceptance! That's so exciting!

BroadwayBelle, the online notification that a decision has been made is no indication of the ACTUAL DECISION. Do not assume rejection. They will send out letters and then you will know the actual decision at that time. The indication that a decision is made could mean an acceptance, a rejection, or a wait list. In fact, you even received a letter of deferral as you mentioned in a previous post and so at that juncture, you were still in the running and so just wait and see. Keep in mind the odds are tough ones but it still could be in your favor. It's not over until you get the letter. Even then it is not over as it is not the only school to which you applied. It's a long process but you should get in somewhere and it is just tough not knowing where that will be. Good luck.

Thanks everyone. It's so hard to relax at a time like this, but your kind words have made it easier! Thanks again!

Has Penn State sent out all of their acceptance letters? I haven't received a final decision yet...is that bad?
