Transferring as a student-athlete

Hi guys! I posted here before - but I have another question - so thanks in advance for listening. I got into Cornell and Berkeley last year (and will be attending Cal) - yet I missed out on applying to Pomona College. I feel like my parents pushed me into attending Cal, as I love the liberal arts colleges. I forgot to mention something else - I'm a competitive tennis player, I've been playing since the age of six, have won many tournaments, am ranked, played for 4 years on my state winning varsity team, and was recruiting by DII and DIII schools like Wash U and UCSD (with a partial scholarship). I didn't attend those 2 schools because my parents pushed me to Berkeley for the name brand, and I won't be able to play at Cal (only club tennis) because Cal has a top ranked DI program. Would Pomona College be interested in transfer student-athletes and would it help my chances to transfer in? Thanks!

When you say Pomona college, are you referring to Cal Poly Pomona? Or is there another University I'm not aware of?

You may want to contact the tennis coach at Pomona to find out. Good luck!
