| new one:
SKI-BEACH DAY
next saturday, a Pomona will take anyone who signs up (snow) skiing in the morning, and then to the beach to relax for the afternoon evening.
Can any school compete with that? |

| I thought this next Saturday was parent's weekend. Or do you mean the following Saturday?
It would be like my son to take off for the beach on Parent's weekend!! |

| Its a week from Saturday...
...another new one that I noticed today
Whenever you walk through the lounge of any dorm, you'll hear someone on the piano absolutely shredding it, playing like ridiculously great **** and it is just mindblowing to be around that much talent all of the time. |

| Fifteen students are currently en route to the Harvard Model United Nations Conference to be held this weekend, courtesy of Pomona. Two weeks ago Pomona sent a different group of students to compete in a MUN Conference in Canada. |

| I'm a sophomore at Pomona and wanted to add that one amazing aspect about the school is that everything is usually free! Granted, you still have to pay tuition, but Pomona does an amazing job of making opportunities available to all students regardless of socioeconomic status. I sort of took that for granted during my freshman year, but I'm studying abroad now and am just starting to realize how many free things Pomona provides to its students. |

| There are admitted student days in April, but I'm assuming most of the ED admitted students had already visited campus prior to applying? |

| I visited the spring break of my junior year, but I was just wondering if there is a day for the ED admit students. Thanks for the info! |

| There isn't, but you might consider coming on admitted students day in April anyway, and I know that if you notify the admissions office they will accommodate for you. |

| Plus it's always lots of fun to come and stay overnight with current students when you KNOW that you will be here next year, having the same experiences. |
