schedule question

Heyy, I'm a freshmen biochemistry major at Texas A&M, and I had a question about what sort of classes I should take sophomore year. I will have taken Biology, Chemistry and Intro to Biochemistry (major requirement) by the end of my freshmen year. Next year, I am definately taking Organic Chemistry and Physics. I really want to take physiology though before I take the MCAT. When would be the best time to take the class? I would push the class back to Junior year, but I'll be having so much fun with Physical Chemistry, Biochemistry and Genetics. Any suggestions?
