| SAT/ACT Scores any predictor of MCAT scores?
S did not do well on ACT or SAT tests (5 tries), but managed to barely qualify as a direct-admit in a 5 year PA (physician assistant) program, where he does not have to take the GRE. He's always gotten A's in all his math and science classes and is continuing to do so in his freshman year. Today he met with his advisor and she thinks he should consider taking classes for med school because "No one ever gets an A in Biology with your teacher. She's the hardest teacher." PA prerequisites are fairly similar, but he is worried about the MCAT. Can someone do well on the MCAT if they don't do well on most standardized tests? ACT scores were higher that SAT, but still low in every category.
