I want to work with animals?

I want to have a job similar to Jane Goodall, or other wildlife activists. I want to be able to make a living aswell. What are some good majors to get for my bachelor? what are some good schools for this in new york?

Jane Goodall was an anthropologist. If you're interested in studying primate behavior, anthro would be a strong choice. (D2's research advisor spent 5 years in Africa studying primate behaviors as part her PhD in anthro. Know another anthro grad who work as a primate keeper at a major US zoo.)

You might also consider biology, ecology, animal studies/animal behavior.
