Early Submission, Early Admission?

Haha, the title rhymes. That's not the point. My point is, does submitting your app early increase your chances of admission into a school?

    For schools with rolling admission, perhaps.

    For all others, I doubt it.

    no not at all.
    some schools claim that by interviewing over the summer the interviewers remember you better, but I don't really think that it matters.

    As far as I can tell, there's no advantage to submitting an application early. Multiple people read the applications. The students are admitted by committee, not by the interviewer.

    I think all the schools read the applications submitted before the deadline at the same time. Sadly, no Early Action/Early Decision for B.S. :(
