Access Exeter. Not run by Exeter itself but pretty good, for 7th and 8th graders. Not sure how low Andover goes gradewise, has similar summer camp.

Center for Talented Youth (CTY) coordinated by Johns Hopkins. Pretty perfect for 7th graders. My daughter LOVES CTY. Probably full by now. Must take test to qualify.

Center for Talent Development (CTD) at Northwestern, TIP at Duke, EPGY at Stanford and a few others, regional variations similar to CTY.

Some states have "gifted" summer enrichment programs that last a week or two. Check Hoagies. Some are free.

Math Zoom, MathPath, MathCamp, Awesome Math etc. See summer programs CC threads for more info.

Middlebury Summer Academies

A residential and a day academy based on the Middlebury College Language Schools are in your area. The Day Academies are at New England private high school campuses and accept middle school students: Summer Day Academy | Language immersion for middle and high school students

The residential program is on college campuses and is a more intense experience, also accepting rising 8th graders: Middlebury-Monterey Language Academy | Language immersion program on college campuses If you're in New England, the residential program at Green Mountain College (near Middlebury College) is probably closest.

+1 on MMLA experience at Green Mountain College. Our daughter had a great experience the summer before 8th grade and listening to her "before" and "after" tapes reinforces the gains in language skills that can be made in a relatively short time.

Eaglebrook School in Deerfield, MA. They have the whole nine yards. Google the school and check out their website, it's under programs.

Check your local big private schools for summer programs, most of the time they offer some type of summer for middle schoolers.

I've been going to Concordia Language Villages for three years now, and they're great.
