Some schools that i am applying to ask for a language teacher recommendation or an extra-curricular teacher recommendation. The problem is, only some of the schools ask for it so it's not included in the SSAT or TABS common apps (im only using then for recommendations) and every school's form is different. i don't want to ask my teacher to do 5 seperate recommendation... What should I do? Any help?

Most schools accept a common application form. Google it, print out a form that does not have a school's name or logo on it and ask your teacher to answer one copy, them you just photocopy as many as you want and send them to your schools. Good Luck.

Thanks for the information!! but I am using the common application already for the English and math teachers. I am looking for a common form for the foreign language teacher... Any help?

Sorry, I got confused. But there is a common teacher recommendation form too. For coaches and art and pretty much all ECs. Google it and print one for your teacher to fill out by hand, then ask her to make photocopies and send then to the schools. Photocopying is easy and probably won't bother your teacher/coach.

No worries! Since I don't know what language you are learning, I'm giving you several links. Just make sure to edit them before you print so you can remove the school logo. I'm applying for bs and they said you could do that.

Or you could make a reccomendation form yourself, obviously following the standards in the forms above, I actually did that for an ec teacher, just like a standart reccomendation form. It's sounds weird but they accepted that. Just be formal and include all the data above.

PS: Im applying for bs and I had to do that myself, so the info I'm giving you is what the Admissions office of one of the schools told me.

Depends or your pc...
-save as..., open file, select it and delete it
-open it on Microsoft office Word and delete it
-open it on Microsoft Power Point and crop it
