If you were raised in the U.S. and reside in the U.S. and your parents pay taxes in the U.S. (esp. important if you are seeking financial aid, as you will be required to provide U.S. tax forms), then I believe you will be considered a U.S. applicant. You mention everyone else in your family but do not say whether or not you are a U.S. citizen.
If you are unsure, a call to the admissions office of each school to which you plan to apply is probably a good idea.
