Chances at NCSSM?

NCSSM (North Carolina School of Science and Math) is a statewide magnet boarding school for juniors and seniors.

SAT- 1940
700 CR
660 M (o__0 oh ****.)
580 W

(Average at NCSSM was ~1350 but that was out of 1600)
No idea how those came up. I've always been better at math, but I guess that's why I studied for it less...

GPA: 3.9 uw 4.5 w (ugh, slept too much in world history)

Awards:
Mayor's award (100 hours of community service over the summer)
Honor roll
Various writing awards
Various awards from kung fu competitions

ECs:
Science club
Alg 2 team
Track
Key club
Project leader for Student Action Corps
Forms instructor for Kung Fu
Freshman student council representative
Yearbook editor

Community service:
March of Dimes
Ronald McDonald house
Library
Feed the Bins

Teacher recs and essays should be great.
I know that NCSSM also requires a test at the school later. Supposing that I do well on that, what would my chances be?

Can you go to NCSSM if you're not from North Carolina?

Heh, yeah I know you Chaos.

And NCSSM is a public state magnet school, so its only for instate residents. I believe that other states have schools similar to NCSSM.
