Sidwell Friends, Potomac School, and St. Andrews Episcopal School

I am a current 9th grader applying for 10th grade at Sidwell Friends in Washington D.C., the Potomac School in McLean, Virginia; and St. Andrews in Potomac, Maryland. Does anyone know the ranking of difficulty between these schools. I am planning on taking the ISEE on January 24th. What is the minimum percentile needed for these schools? Please help me ASAP.

St. Andrew's in Maryland accepts about 70% of all applicants so you should be fine. Potomac is much more competitive for admission, and Sidwell Friends is the most difficult of the three with respect to admissions. Sorry, but I don't have the numbers, although they are really most relevant for Potomac as you should be admitted to St. Andrew's & Sidwell friends requires more than just good grades & strong standardized test scores.

Thank you so much for your help. Is St. Andrews a good school in your eyes?

boardingschoolreview.com is a good site to look for acceptance percentiles, etc. Good luck.

I am only familiar with the St. Andrew's in Delaware, so I cannot offer an opinion regarding the maryland St. Andrew's.

Do all the St. Andrew's schools follow the same admission standards?

and to thatshowiroll, thanks, but none of these schools I'm applying to are boarding schools. Is there any website that gives percentiles out?
