Ahh! I saw a picture of Wilson - specifically the dorm I am in - and I don't like it! And I'm far from the library...is there any way to switch?

Wilson, 1 roommate. How's our location? Haha I have no clue, but looking at the campus map, it looks smack dab in the middle, yes?

When we dropped off our freshman at Wilson, we were all disappointed in the 50's architecture of Wilson (1939 Hall), but the people are what make the experience, and there will be time to get in prettier dorms as you become a junior and senior. Besides, 1939 has great views onto Gothic dorms, while some of them just peer onto yours! And no, they will not switch your dorm for aesthetic preferences. And, Wilson has it's own library, and is only a 5 minute walk to the main library.

if you get a suite, how does picking individual rooms within the suite work? do you just work it out with your roommates?

probably, yeah. Hmm I feel like such a stalker looking at the floor plans too. Walker hall seems to have a lack of women's bathrooms... o___O

Thanks Fauve. You're right...the people are what make the experience, and I will have a chance to get into the nicer dorms when I'm an upperclassman. It's not too far from the library...or the tennis courts, so that's exciting.

I got a seven person suite in Wilson. Kind of disappointed since Wilson is so ugly. I wanted the traditional gothic architecture.

I was placed in Wilson for April Hosting, and I must say that I didn't like it much. It was really old, small, kinda dirty as well.
