Are the freshman seminars a requirement for all undergrads? or are they just a supplemental courses that many freshmen choose to take due to interest in the subject matter or to fulfill distribution requirements.
For freshman seminars, if you apply for a seminar and then end up getting it, is the class binding? If you find that it conflicts with your other courses during orientation, can you still drop it or do you have to work around it with your other courses?
