NACAC secondary school report

my school *strongly recommends* that we use this NACAC secondary school report form (NACAC=national association for college admission counseling) that apparently every single college/university in the country accepts; instead of each school's individual secondary school report. they just duplicate it and send it to all your schools.

i think it's kinda sketchy because it basically consists of just your basic info, transcript, and a recommendation letter from your guidance counselor (as opposed to princeton's 4-page detailed form).

anyone have any ideas on how pton views NACAC's form? is it generally preferred to use pton's own?

for the record i gotta say that i like NACAC's better...short & sweet & no tricky/specific questions for my counselor to answer=)

My counselor wanted to use that too! I insisted she use Pton's own. I think it's just their way of getting out of more work with a simpler form.
