Sending ALL SAT Scores

I was about to send my SAT scores, but then I got worried. I took the SAT once and some subject tests. I only want to send the subject tests because my SAT score is really not good for Princeton but the collegeboard gave me a note saying that Princeton STRONGLY reccomends that I send ALL of my SAT scores, blah blah blah, even though they have score choice. Can I just continue and not send my SAT score and only send my subject tests?

FYI, i sent my ACT scores

The ACT | Estimated Relationship between ACT Composite Score and SAT CR+M+W Score | ACT

It's difficult to say without knowing your ACT and SAT score. If they are both about the same, it will not hurt to send both, as testing is only one part of the applications process. On the other hand, if your SAT is more than 100-150 points away from your ACT, then it might be best if you not send the SAT.

If your ACT is better than your SAT, don't feel obligated to send both. As long you fulfill the testing requirement, regardless of how you go about doing so, you're fine.

The only reason you might consider sending both is if your the scores are basically same, as gibby mentioned. I sent both my ACT and SAT for this reason.

Good luck!
