Hey! I applied too. We have about three more weeks before we know whether the news is good or bad. Yikes....I'm getting the jitters, lol.
If it's a small envelope I'm not sure if I want to open it

But I am *trying* to remain positive so good luck everyone....post you results when they come in!!!

P.S has anyone found out anything...? I thought Princeton got rid of the early decision/action thing but some of your posts suggest otherwise. Help?!

The one person who already knew their decision on this thread applied to Princeton through QuestBridge, which is for applicants with amazing stats and lower incomes. It provides full tuition. Applications are due really early, in like September or something.

Applied, probably rejected. I think I'll frame my rejection letter to keep it as a keepsake so that I will laugh it off in years to come.

i don't even know why it's still on my list.... the only reason i would apply would be for the name

BananaSandwich, that's a pretty shallow reason to apply to a school don't you think? You should apply to a school be cause you have a genuine interest in it, and you truly want to go there..not just for the name.

Any class of '09ers here applying?
I am, with probably about a <5% chance of getting in -- looking at the extracurricular activities of people here is a surefire way of depressing you, ha.

I am applying, and I hope I get in. Don't let your fellow CC'ers deter you from what you want. I know it can be frustrating seeing scores of 2200+ . There is always a chance for anyone to get into Princeton University. Even with a SAT score that is below 1700.
