Governor's School Crisis!

I applied to the Governor's School for Public Issues earlier in the year, and I found out last week I was waitlisted. To all alumnae of this school, could you approximate the number of people that get in via the waitlist?

On a separate note, I have a genuine interest in attending this program, but I also heard that it gives NJ residents a big boost in getting into Princeton. Is this true? Or is it only for the science or engineering programs? Either way, I want to go SO BADLY and I've only heard good things about it...

thanks, but that isn't making me feel better! hahah it's really my dream to go to princeton...i love everything about it (which is really unrealistic, considering that i've only had 2 or 3 isolated experiences there). i know the gov school programs are great too, so im crossing my fingers that i get accepted.
