  • Re: 2017 - 2018 USC Transfer

just found out the total appeal acceptance rate is between 3 and 5 percent and out of that around 1% is transfers... rip. Let's hope we are part of that 1%.

just called USC office of admissions, since dornife admissions wasn't really helpful lmao. The USC office of admissions said that ALL decisions (not just dornsife), wont be mailed out until next week (most likely will be mailed out May 31s) they said. When asked about annenberg however, they did say they had a different admissions team that WILL be mailing out all decisions by today, as mentioned by @jake94. So for non-dornsife applicants most of us wont received a decision until next week, and for residents on the east coast, it might even take until june 2nd to get the physical mail.

hey guys so I just called office of admissions and I have some good news. They said that this year they are in fact a little behind compared to last year. Although a few SGRs and acceptances have been released sporadically, the majority of them will be released next week. So for those of us who havnt received SGRs/acceptances yet, its because 90% of them havnt been released. Next week should be eventful, hope this eases the stress for some of you.
