Transfer Question

I'm currently a first-year student in Arts/Science at the University of Toronto. I want to try and transfer to Queen's after this year is done. As of midterm, my marks are pretty decent (estimating around a 3.0 - 3.3 overall), but I'd like them to be higher.

What are my chances like?

Why are you considering this transfer and is Queen's the only school you are considering?
