Yes, so long as you do not apply Early Decision (ED) or Early Action (EA). You can apply to any school you want for Regular Decision (RD) or rolling admission.
But if you're one of the lucky few who actually gets matched, then you have to withdraw all your other applications (unless you got matched to a school with a non-binding commitment, and there are a couple of Questbridge schools that, if they accept you, it's non-binding).
If you are NOT selected as a finalist, then you can apply to any school any way you want (and you'll find whether you're selected as a finalist about a week before most schools' EA or ED deadlines).
