| Quinnipiac visit
S and I visited Quinnipiac for the second time this past week. The campus is really beautiful. When the York Hill campus is finished in Fall 2010 it will provide another 1100 upperclassmen students housing as well as a student center for dining and work out facilities.
Whether it will be inconvenient to be 2 miles from the main campus remains to be seen. But it did not seem to bother my s . He liked the campus and the programs they offer.
One snag in the ointment is the Sports: No football team to root for. (He has never been a fan of hockey or basketball. ) Div 1 sports means it is unlikely he could participate in his sport. (XC, & Track , or swimmiing- There is not even a swimming pool.)
There are no club sports only intramurals, which is surprising for a school this size.
