RISD 2016 Decision Letters
Has anyone heard an update on RISD sending out RD decision letters? I heard it was possibly supposed to be today, but I'm not sure whether that was email or snail mail.

I applied to the brown-RISD dual-degree, and they sent me an email about a month ago, stating that "RISD will mail admission notifications in mid-March".
So expect snail mail any day now?

Yeah, I'm wondering the same thing. On the RISD adm. twitter they said they should have been mailed yesterday but... nothing's confirmed.

RISD Decision letters coming out Monday 3/19
According to RISD facebook admissions page, letters are going out Monday (3/19) via email (as well as snail mail I'm sure). Good luck everyone!

I got in!! RISD-Brown as well. Still waiting from Brown, but even if I don't get in there's still the option to cross register at Brown

They sent out an email yesterday at 4Pm if you got in. They will also send a letter but if you wish to know sooner rather than later, check your email or school application

odds are good
Many who do get accepted don't actually go, so keep your chin up. RISD is a strick art school so many who like freedowm of expression might choose another such as my child. Good luck

Did you apply for the Dual program? My duaghter wanted to but was fearful as they take so few. She applied to Brows art program as they do take classes at RISD. Did you get accepted at Brown for Art? You must have applied for ED if you have already been accepted to Brown as I don't think they have sent out acceptance letters yet. Congradulations. I am just curious as my daughter is also hoping for a Brown acceptance
