Well, I am somewhat confused about applying for rice via commonapp.org.
According to Rice Web site, Rice require people to submit Application Part I and then Part II. The deadline for Part II is December 1st(in the case of Intrim Decision) Deadline for Part I seems to be anytime prior to that of Part II.(Is that right?)
However, Rice also accept online common application. Then, the deadline for common app is also December 1st? And how can common app replace Part I of Rice application?

That is because Rice has a supplement to the common app. Basically if you are applying ID you have to have the common app and the supplement submitted by the deadline. You can find all of this info on there site and download the supplement.

for the supplement, do we send that in by usps? because you cant fill out a digital/online.....
