| Clen: They actually do do research in the humanities...just on a smaller scale. They also have a rather passionate humanities department..just the kids there aren't as interested.
I wonder why people didn't put this up before the essay was due....otherwise I could totally see people copying and pasting this to an essay. |

| Sorry about a nitpicker..
but actually I'm applying to both. Something listed here could potentially make me more interested and create a pathway of research about that aspect. I wouldn't discount these lists as silly as they may seem.
Surprisingly enough, Caltech does do research in the humanities. It isn't as well known because fewer students partake in it but they have a really passionate humanities department. But honestly, if I was going to do research or major in hums. then I'd def. go to Rice over Caltech. |
