Actually this was the only episode that I saw this season and it was the one that he got the boot. He didn't really do a very good job, but he seemed like a really nice guy. I hate that Ceci girl!

Woah! I didn't know that! I LOVE that show! I felt sorry for Neils with the phone number challenge, how he felt bad for "using" the girls just to get their numbers.
I really wish they'd do inverse Beauty and the Geek (or Beauty and the Geek^-1), with nerdy girls and super hot guys. I would watch every single episode, in that case.
