Assuming you're asking about an undergraduate business program - no. It doesn't exist at all. The Jones Graduate School of Management is on campus, and the faculty senate is voting on the creation of a business minor for undergrads this week, but as for an actual program devoted to business, none exists. That said, you can still go to Rice, major in something non-business, and then go into the business world after graduation, which quite a few people do quite successfully from Rice.

I don't know if it's the best choice but it works well for some people. I'm majoring in econ, planning on working in finance for a few years, and then possibly getting an MBA. (we'll see I actually follow through with that)
Though just to warn you, econ really isn't that similar to finance or business - it's a social science, so there tends to be a lot of general, theoretical material.
