I wanted to get a perspective on how transfers fare at Rice. Do sophmore transfers find it easy to fit in or do they pretty much only hang out with other transfers? Is it easy to adjust to Rice if you are a transfer?

Yes. I know several transfers, and they seem to be some of the better integrated students at Rice. In other words, they've done very well, and are well accepted among the students around them.

Also, there aren't enough transfers for them to just hang out with each other, so they hang out with everyone.
