^^^ I know plenty of people who were accepted as Rice transfers with 2000's....They had high college gpas though...

well I have a pretty high college GPA, so I'm not sure why you said that with the "though" there... haha

^^^^ It wasn't in reference to you, but in reference to the kids who successfully transferred into Rice with 2000's....

Well, with your stories of 2000 being some crazy occurrence, it sounds like I should definitely retake my 1900. I just took a practice SAT which placed my score in the range of 1880-2150, so I guess I might be ok, haha. I'll keep studying.

Just retook and got a 2260! Surprised at how much improvement I made in critical reading and writing, considering I've been taking only math classes in college haha. Jumped from a 690 to an 800 and from a 630 to a 770 in critical reading and writing, respectively. Unfortunately, that means my math score suffered (690) and that reflects somewhat negatively on me as a computer science major but ah well. So happy with it! Thanks for the encouragement to retake guys!
