Honors Engineering Students

hey so I just wanted to ask people who got accepted or declined from rutgers honors engineering program in the previous years to list their stats (sat/act scores, gpa, important extracurriculars, etc.) and those who got accepted to tell me more about their personal experience in the honors program and its benefits over the regular engineering program

thanks in advance

We went to the engineering scholars reception on Monday. The dean said that every person in the room had an SAT (M & CR) ~1400-1450 or higher. Benefits are that you are able to take a few honors classes in freshman and sophomore years (other classes are mixed; they do not segregate you from the non-honors community). These classes are smaller and one of the students I spoke with felt that his professors were very good and that he really learned the material in these classes.

Later on, you would be able to apply for the Slade Scholars program.
