Will Rutgers consider ACTs?

I dont know whether I should take ACTs or not because i dont know whether Rutgers cares about them. Most people I know told me dont even bother taking ACTs, Rutgers doesnt care just take SATs. However, I want to take them if Rutgers does consider them because ACT is definitely more straightfoward and easier. So for anyone who definitely knows or might know about this please tell me.

I think so. They accepted my friend who took only the ACTs and got a 25 into the College of Engineering.
