Chances for SAS New Brunswick?

I submitted my application for SAS on November 15, with transcripts and recomendation letters submitted shortly after. But, I still haven't heard anything back yet, which is making me horribly worried since Rutgers is my top choice.

What are my chances of getting accepted?

SAT scores -
Critical Reading - 590
Math - 560
Writing - 580

GPA - 3.5/3.1

Class rank - 168/575

I'm in-state, and I also submitted the essay and a letter of recomendation from a History teacher.
My classes have been all Academic level throughout high school, and this year I'm taking an honors and also AP class.

I applied to two other schools, but really really don't want to go to either of them @__@

Give them a call and make sure they received everything they need to make a decision.

I'd say you have a good shot seeing as you're in state. But it's no guarantee, and I would make sure you have some solid backups lined up.

I called them about 2 weeks ago, and they said they recieved everything, and it was all there in time for the priority deadline.

I know the deadline for recieving answers for priority isn't until the end of February, but it's a little discouraging seeing people apply in December and hearing back the following week.

*crosses fingers*

I think you should make it in. Like I know people that made it in with worse gpa and sat scores. You should make it in, but I would always have a couple of backups just in case.

I'd say you should probably get in.

If it helps, I'm applying to transfer and I've been waiting two weeks already.

Yeah I applied as an outside transfer student months ago, and haven't heard a word.

It will be tough, maybe, but have some other options. Good luck.

It took me a while to hear back...almost two months as opposed to two weeks for some- drove me crazy. I am in now, and I got into the honors program as well. It is all good.
