It's required if you have one... So Rutgers2013 was actually half right. Ask your guidance counselor first. Mine was on top of my schedule for my classes, try checking up there first.

It is printed on the results page to your HSPA test. My son needed it for the Rutgers app. and someone on CC suggested he find it there and was right!

It should also be on your transcript for grades 9-11 that your school should give you in the begining of the senior year.
