high ACT & SAT IIs + lower SAT I = ?

I'm applying to several LACs - Bowdoin, Tufts, Claremont McKenna, Smith, Wash. U, and wondering whether to submit my SAT I & SAT II scores in addition to my ACT. (for all of these schools the sat IIs are optional but recommended). Will it hurt me that my Bio score is so low (since it's a fourth score)? What about my lower SAT I score as compared with my ACT?

ACT 33 (35 english, 34 math, 31 reading, 30 science
SAT 680 math + 720 verbal = 1400
SAT II Writing 800
SAT II Math 780
SAT II US Hist 740
SAT II Bio 540
