Yes, you can ask them to do that now even if you already took the test...and you may as well, since its free. Just go and edit your registration.
If it would make you feel better, do it in your registration AND rush report them...but you ought to just call the admissions office of whereever it is you are applying (EA or ED I'd presume) and ask how they work it.
