For APUSH i suggest Princton. It had just enough information, not to much. For wanting to review its great. I felt very confidant after the test.
For STATS i had Kaplan. It was ok with its explanations but i felt the practice tests were not very good. I also worked with Barrons in class. Its good if you want to go more in depth. The practice tests are probably harder than the actual test but, for me the explanations were to long. But i struggled in stats last year(bad teacher) so take that with a grain of salt.
I would talk to a friend who did well in the class or even ask the teacher.
