Are my SAT II's good enough for top schools?

I received a 720 on US history and 740 on math II. I realize these are both around the 70/80 percentiles, but I do not see myself doing any better. I also have a 2230 on SAT I. Do you think my subject test scores are good enough for the top schools? I'm applying to Duke ED and other top choices are cornell and BC. Thank you!
