for engineering, Biology or Chemistry SAT 2?

I'm applying for engineering to some very selective schools,so I decided to take math2,phy,chem . But, I keep pulling off 800s in biology and between 780 and 800 in math2, phy. And I never get to finish the chem before getting angry at how many questions I don't know(but I'll say 680 on average).
With a little more prep, I should hit low 700 in chem.and I got a month. Do you think I should do Bio or work on my chem?
*engineering course.
