Privacy of SAT scores

Does Collegeboard have the right to disclose your SAT test scores to third parties?
If an employer asked for your SAT scores and you denied having taken the test, could they ask Collegeboard for them?
This is assuming you are not at a U.S. college.

I can't seem to find any official information about this, but my every inclination leans toward no.

I have never heard of an employer asking for SAT scores. Why would they care?

An employer would never ask for your SAT scores in the first place, so none of this is really relevant.

(actually some employers, including the big investment banks on Wall St., do ask for SAT scores, as ludicrous as that may be...)

I don't think CB keeps your score long enough for them to report it after you graduate from college.

Yes, they keep it for at least 7 years.

It is relevant because many investment banks, and consulting firms WILL ask for SAT scores.

it's true. my mom works for a consulting firm, and she had to include her SAT on her app. and my mom was in her late 40's when she got the job. I'm not sure exactly how the scores were confirmed.
