ED to Duke: What should I do now, if anything?

So, as of now I'm a rising senior planning on applying early decision to Duke University. Their policy is that applicants must submit either the SAT plus two subject tests or the ACT with writing. I've taken both the SAT and the ACT (with writing) twice but I have not taken any subject tests yet. Here are my current scores:

SAT: (superscored)
CR 720
Math 800
Writing 670 (10 essay)
Total 2190

ACT: (all on one test date)
English 33
Math 32
Reading 32
Science 36
Essay (not exported yet but I had an 8 before)
Composite 33

So my question is, should I stick with these scores or try to up my profile by taking subject tests? However, if I did take the subject tests in October, I would only have one chance at them and would have to report them blindly in order to have them sent early enough for Duke's ED deadline. Also, should I retake either the SAT or ACT? I know I could do a little better (670 writing, 32 math) but I don't know if is worth the trouble. I've taken each twice so a third time wouldn't be taboo. I just don't know what to do at this point and I feel like October 15th is coming really, really fast.

Also, I know you guys have a tendency to respond with, "Wow, I would kill for those test scores, stop complaining," or, "Stop worrying about test scores and work on EC's" but please understand that I'm asking strictly about test scores and wanting to improve scores is very relative. Thanks.

What scores does Duke require?
How long ago did you take the tests?
At the time you took the tests did you feel you had done as well as you could?
Are you willing to actually work between now and October to raise your scores?
Are you willing to work "on spec"? In other words, are you willing to work to try to raise your scores knowing that, if you don't raise them significantly on practice tests by late September, there is probably no advantage to retaking the test?
