SAT Critical Reading Section Help.

Do you read the passage or look at the questions first?

I always read it first, no matter how long or short. I find all the passages interesting so i'd be curious during the test if i only skimmed those short paragraphs, lol. But i suggest if you can do the opposite of me for those short paragraphs.
