Is it worth retaking the ACT?

The first time I got:
Composite: 31
English: 31
Math: 32
Reading: 33
Science: 29
Writing: 31 (Essay: 11)

The second time I got:
Composite: 32
English: 34
Math: 33
Reading: 31
Science: 29
Writing: 33 (Essay: 10)

So, my question is:
Is it worth taking it again to boost my Science score? (I'm looking at schools like BC, Georgetown, Cornell, Williams, Colgate, etc.)

And if so, how can I boost it? (I've done tons of practice tests)

I've taken the SAT twice already
1st time: 1980; Math: 640, CR: 670, Writing: 670 (Essay: 9)
2nd time: 2070; Math 760, CR: 620, Writing: 690 (Essay: 10)

Also, I am thinking of taking the SAT again as well. Is that a good idea? To get the CR score up...

I would recommend taking it again. When I took my SATs a 2nd time, three months after my first testing, my CR score went up from 680 to 800, with only a bit of additional preparation. I think maturity and time helped my score, as I had been exposed to more reading in and outside of school. Plus, if you only study hard for CR, and only that section improves, it can help for superscoring, if you applying for colleges that superscore.

If u can afford it.. Take it... If you don't do well.. Just don't report it. I don't think it can hurt you

If for some reason I do worse on either one, is there any way that colleges will be able to see it?
