SAT II Questions

Okay so I just got my SAT II Bio M scores and I got a 720. I really want to go to UCLA and I know that M scores are usually higher than E scores so I was wondering if I should retake it.

Also, I was wondering on the appropriate amount of SAT 2's to take. I'm adequate at math, not amazing, so I will probably have to take that one twice. I know for most colleges the minimum subject test required is 2 but some people take more. Is it better to take more?

Generally, people like the magic number 3.
I am taking Math 2, Bio, and US History, and I think that would be sufficient for just about anywhere.
