What is my potential, likely SAT score with the info provided?

Hi,

I enrolled in Elite Educational Institute in SoCal.
The tuition is around $2000, and the program lasts 8 weeks, 4 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Every week, we take a practice test.
My initial score cold without studying was a 1400.
My score after a week shot up to a 1590, so my real starting score was in the 1500's.
My current score is at an 1870 (670 on Critical Reading, 550 on Math, and 650 on Writing).
I am a natural at reading comprehension and essay writing, so I don't see a problem with those scores breaking over 700.

I have 2 more weeks in the program, and approximately 9 weeks to the SAT.

What do you think my potential, likely score is with a diligent work ethic, 9 weeks of potential growth, biweekly SAT practice tests for a rough total of 25 (4,000 questions) (elite's, barron's, and the college board exams)?
Thank you!

2400; now get off CC, exhaust all of your prep materials, and don't come back unless you need to find more released exams

No one can calculate something like this..

I do want to mention that you shouldn't be too overly optimistic because it is very very very to easy to raise your scores when you're hitting below 2000.

Once you score higher and higher, you'll eventually hit a plateau and stop improving dramatically.

no my starting score was around a 1400 cold. But after taking the rust off from no school, it was 1590 after one week. CR is known to be the hardest score to raise because it requires deeper growth and over time. The best advice to give you is to peruse exemplary newspapers. My personal favorite is the NY times, very cheap online subscription. However, if those topics don't interest you, read anything you are interested in. It can only help. Practice tests are the most powerful way to raise your scores. So buy the blue book, buy the barron's book, buy the princeton review book, and work your way through the tests up until the actual SAT. Go over and scrutinize the ones you missed, especially in CR. Go online, be proactive, define words, make yourself understand difficult articles. Be meticulous in pursuing your goal! Good luck!

Hi,

Elite is a waste of money and time. You pay in order to sit there and take a test. You would be much better off getting a tutor imo, but some people like the strict deadlines and rules. I would say it's 75/25 between people who were "ok" with Elite and those who hated it.

If you are motivated and determined, you will see more results studying outside of Elite. Otherwise, take their brainwashing.

Notes:
--Their vocab cards are overkill and repetitive.
--If you are good at math, you will waste a lot of time staring at the clock. Same with other sections
--Practice is about REPS. I personally think that when practicing, you should try to finish questions as quickly as possible to get more and more reps. Double and triple checking is a waste of time during practice, especially in critical reading or writing. Math is a bit different, you should probably check your answers. Of course, you also want enough practice under the actual timed conditions so that you are comfortable with the test, and in these situations you will want to practice double checking.

Sorry I kind of rambled in the last paragraph. PM me if you are confused.

Edit: I misread your question and thought you were just beginning Elite. Sorry. I highly recommend you focus on Math, which is always improvable through reps. You will see the highest gains if you max out your math potential.
